Sales Manager (IT Leasing) required in Johannesburg.

Join a dynamic, solutions-focused business that specialises in IT leasing and asset finance for medium to large enterprises. With a client base that values long-term partnerships and strategic input, this role blends high-impact leadership with strong commercial insight.

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Development Managers, guiding strategy, developing talent, and driving growth across a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.

Salary: R1 100 000 per annum CTC (Highly Negotiable) plus Provident Fund and Medical Aid.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12, or equivalent.
  • Business Management degree or equivalent qualification.
  • MBA or similar postgraduate qualification (advantageous).
  • Completed Management/Leadership programme.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or IT solution sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in long-cycle, consultative sales environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven track record in high-value, solution-based sales.
  • Solid understanding of financial, leasing, and procurement models.
  • Skilled in CRM systems, sales reporting, and data-driven performance analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
