We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager - Generators & Lighting Towers to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Drive significant improvements in sales and profitability of the mobile and/or construction equipment business. Measure success by ongoing improvements in sales revenues and gross profit margins.
  • Have a solid understanding of the overall business with the main rental customer. Evaluate situations objectively and demonstrate the ability to make decisions intended to positively impact sales performance and the total business.
  • Act as the product expert responsible for designing the product line-up and proposals to all potential customers. When training is needed, provide training and/or arrange training for the sales team and customers.
Background experience and competences
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (preferably Business or Engineering).
  • At least 10 years’ experience in sales management with the rental customer selling capital goods (e.g., generators, compressors, lifting platforms and aerial lifts, earthmoving equipment, etc.).
  • Demonstrated relentless drive and determination to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence management, teams and individuals across multiple cultures, disciplines and geographies.
  • Self-starter with a 'Can-Do' attitude and good problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who can be counted on to help when required; results-oriented with the ability to react to situations with urgency and influence outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
  • Good technical understanding of Power Products.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • The ideal candidate will have previously worked within the mobile sector and proven experience selling capital goods to the main rental customer in the market.
