• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent tertiary qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a similar industry (financial services).
• Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Experience in relationship management with clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in sales operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and BI reporting tools.
• Extensive travel required.

Commission only. Expected salary: approximately R60k/month if targets are reached.
