Job Title: Sales Manager - Textiles & Fabrics

GNR has been retained by a small but growing $22M company with a solid portfolio of products seeking a SALES MANAGER with a textiles & fabric background.

This company was recently acquired and is now under new ownership & management, who are investing in infrastructure and looking to grow the business. They manufacture coated & laminated fabrics for buildings, shelters, and tent systems used in various Commercial, Industrial, and Military industries. All sourced and manufactured in the USA!

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Corporate CRO, you will oversee the entire sales organization, manage and grow existing accounts, and capture new business. You will lead an experienced team of 2 direct reports and define growth and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bring in new business and close deals, while managing and growing existing relations with Commercial, Military, and Defense customers.
2. Lead and develop the sales team, improve processes and policies, and expand the division.
3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business and product growth.
4. Utilize your existing network within the Textiles/Fabric industry to capture new business.
5. Uphold strong ethics and company culture, working with a dedicated leadership team.
6. This is a REMOTE position with approximately 30% travel.
