Role Overview

This role involves in-depth interaction with Authorised Principals (APs) of MO Bluestar businesses to assist in daily operations, drive production, and support APs' development as leaders. It is a regional sales management role responsible for managing and developing Financial Advisors (FAs) with varying experience levels across different MO Bluestar businesses, including newcomers and seasoned advisors recruited externally.

  • Create and implement sales plans, targets, and growth strategies
  • Support marketing and business building activities, including work site management
  • Coach and develop Financial Advisors
  • Manage client retention processes
  • Ensure compliance and risk management, including approval of new business
  • Enable practice management
  • Oversee quality and productivity management
  • Provide effective people and performance management
  • Manage budgets and expenses of the team
Success Factors
Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive financial services experience in marketing/sales
  • Leadership in sales and operations management
  • Management diploma
  • Business-related diploma/degree (financial, commercial, or related)
  • CFP/RFP3/WM3 or equivalent (120 credits)
  • RE qualification
Knowledge and Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with web-based platforms and advisor tools (Advice Partner, Sanfin, Leads program, etc.)
  • Knowledge of financial products, legal regulations, and compliance (FAIS accredited)
  • Business planning and process management
  • Understanding of advisor contracts, remuneration, and sales/marketing practices
  • Management skills and budget control
