As
Sales Manager , you'll lead a team of
Business Development Managers , guiding strategy, developing talent, and driving growth across a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 , or equivalent.
Business Management degree or equivalent qualification.
MBA or similar postgraduate qualification (advantageous).
Completed
Management/Leadership programme.8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or IT solution sales.
Demonstrated experience in
long-cycle ,
consultative sales environments.
Minimum of
3 years' experience managing a
high-performing sales team .
Proven track record in
high-value ,
solution-based sales.Solid understanding of
financial ,
leasing , and
procurement models .
Skilled in
CRM systems ,
sales reporting , and data-driven
performance analysis .
Excellent
leadership ,
communication , and
stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and
develop a national team of
Business Development Managers .
Define and implement
strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
Drive and oversee complex,
enterprise-level sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
Manage
key client relationships , including
C-suite engagement .
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Analyse performance data and market trends to inform
strategic decisions .
Foster a culture of
accountability ,
collaboration , and
customer excellence .
Represent the sales function in
executive planning and
performance reviews .
Identify and unlock opportunities for
cross-sell ,
upsell , and solution innovation.
