Job Description

At Sales Manager End User role, you will report to the Country Sales Director and the office is located in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

The responsibilities - you will do:

1. Manage a sales team of five or more members, providing guidance.
2. Manage a matrix team.
3. Achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
4. Develop a sales strategy focused on Food and Beverage, Oil and Gas, OEM, and Water and Wastewater customers in Southern Africa.
5. Oversee both internal and external sales processes.
6. Provide mentoring for your sales team.
7. Analyze market trends with team input.
8. Increase customer satisfaction programs.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team for mining events.
10. Work with engineering and project execution teams.
11. Promote and embody the One Africa culture.
12. Establish relations with local partners (channel partners).

The essentials - you will have:

1. 5 years of experience in a sales leadership position in Southern Africa.
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering and business administration Post diploma.
3. Experience in Process Automation.
4. Experience with the Labor Law, Employment Equity, and BBBEE.
5. Knowledge of Salesforce.
