Your mission

Your role is to achieve revenue growth by designing and executing an industry-specific Go To Market Strategy for South Africa. You will have direct responsibility for a sales team and possess leadership credentials to align your strategy across core UiPath GTM functions and the ecosystem of partners.

What you'll do at UiPath

  1. Operate in harmony with our values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast.
  2. Develop and execute a GTM strategy for South Africa to achieve a sustainable sales growth plan that aligns with the company growth objectives.
  3. Execute growth strategy by managing a direct sales team with a focus on Strategic Account Development to deliver transformational customer impact in South Africa.
  4. Communicate and align strategy across the UiPath Ecosystem of GSI's, Focus Partners, Technology, and Academic alliances to enhance customer impact through domain knowledge, innovation, and capacity.
  5. Become the Industry evangelist in South Africa, and represent UiPath's differentiated AI-driven Automation thought leadership through Industry events and PR opportunities.
  6. Create a culture of high performance, with a focus on measurable talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun, and representing UiPath values in every interaction with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  7. Remain at the leading edge of a fast-paced innovative environment in AI / Automation to ensure UiPath provides thought leadership to impact our customers' mission-critical business challenges today and tomorrow.
  8. Head up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors to track progress on priorities and targets.
  9. Establish reference accounts.

What you'll bring to the team

  1. Extensive experience building, managing, and coaching a high-performing enterprise sales team and creating a winning culture.
  2. In-depth knowledge of business in South Africa, allowing you to be the public face of UiPath within the industry.
  3. Ability to define and execute industry Go To Market strategy.
  4. Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Extensive experience working in a value-driven sales environment.
  6. Experience providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities; immersed, customer-facing, and in a solution-oriented capacity.
  7. Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  8. The skill to build, manage, and nurture relationships at senior executive level, both internally and externally.
  9. Proven success in structuring and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  10. Willingness to travel.
  11. Experience adopting rigorous sales methodologies ensuring accurate forecasting.
  12. Fluent English.
