Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious person with a passion for the Pro-Audio industry. Your management style will determine the team’s success, knowing that you have all the support and foundation you need. Your passion for building relationships and leading our formidable team, delivering great service always, will be part of the requirement. The candidate must be able to work well under pressure, achieving targets and KPIs each month.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the Channel Distribution Sales Team in JHB through formidable leadership and strategic actions.
  2. Strategising ways to ensure that each team member meets targets every month.
  3. Collaborating with our team and their customers to ensure growth in the Channel Distribution sector.
  4. Working closely with our marketing team to ensure all marketing strategies align with sales activities.
  5. Ensuring internal procedures are followed to maintain efficient workflow.
  6. Contributing to the Management Team regarding strategic discussions within the business.
  7. Implementing training where required.

Key Skills:

  • A degree in Sales Management is an advantage but not essential.
  • Sales Management experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of our industry, with a good understanding of the retail market.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Computer literacy and data analysis skills are essential.
  • Energetic and proactive.
  • Own car with a valid SA driver's license is essential.
