Job description

Experience and Qualifications : Education : Grade 12 plus relevant Bachelor's Degree, Hons.

Preferable: A minimum of 10 years sales experience, including 4+ years in a senior-level sales position. Proven track record of sales success and ability to motivate and lead a sales team. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within and outside South Africa.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Sales Leadership: Take overall accountability for sales of bio-conditioning products, ensuring profitable growth through planning and management of the sales team.
  2. Customer Management: Retain key customers by acting as a strategic partner, discovering new opportunities, and supporting product development with customer feedback.
  3. Strategy Execution: Implement and drive the company's strategy, achieving market share, profit, and customer satisfaction goals within budget.
  4. Account Development: Establish and maintain major account relationships, develop sales strategies, and identify new opportunities.
  5. Customer Acquisition: Proactively acquire new customers to grow the customer base and meet sales targets.
  6. Key Account Management: Build and sustain relationships with strategic customers, monitor competitive activity, and respond accordingly.
  7. Value Selling & Internal Networking: Uncover customer needs, demonstrate company capabilities, support product launches, and align internal stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
  8. Product Knowledge & Team Management: Maintain technical knowledge, manage and develop the sales team, and ensure CRM system accuracy.
  9. Customer Service & Administration: Resolve customer complaints efficiently, coordinate sales processes, and maintain comprehensive records for strategic decision-making.
  10. Market Monitoring & Projects: Provide insights on market conditions, participate in sales projects, and support company growth initiatives.
