A dynamic and solutions-focused business specialising in IT hardware rentals and asset management solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers. This team focuses on B2B distribution and reseller channels within the IT rental and leasing space.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing market strategies, coaching your team to exceed sales targets, and delivering measurable commercial performance. Reporting into the executive leadership team, you’ll align departmental outputs with broader organisational goals while supporting innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Salary: R1 100 000 per annum CTC – Negotiable.
