HR Corporation is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their Corporate Sales Division in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven sales management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate sales staff and manage accounts. This role includes setting sales targets and conducting performance appraisals, along with strong IT and Office Automation knowledge.

Minimum Requirements
Proven Sales Management experience; Office Automation, IT, Telecommunications.
At least 5 years experience
Good communication skills;
Ability to harvest new business with existing customers; and motivate staff to do the same
Ability to manage a corporate Accounts Portfolio with respect to all sales, surveys, audits, data analysis, solutions, reporting etc;
Excellent knowledge on Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint;
Good report writing.
Job Specification
Organising, Motivating and Controlling the staff of the Corporate Sales Division
Measuring competencies and identifying training needs.
Motivating Sales Executives
Setting Sales Targets.
Rewarding exceptional Performance when necessary.
Interviewing new staff.
Conduct Portfolio Reviews and Performance Appraisals.
Organise Customer Launches and demonstrations.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience and track record. ±R45,000 plus com, but negotiable.
