A leading company in South Africa is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Corporate Sales Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication capabilities, and proven expertise in motivating staff while managing corporate accounts. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, conducting performance appraisals, and driving business growth through effective strategy development. A negotiable salary of around R30,000 plus commission is offered based on experience.

Minimum Requirements
Proven Sales Management experience; Office Automation, IT, Telecommunications.
At least 5 years experience
Good communication skills;
Ability to harvest new business with existing customers; and motivate staff to do the same
Ability to manage a corporate Accounts Portfolio with respect to all sales, surveys, audits, data analysis, solutions, reporting etc;
Excellent knowledge on Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint;
Good report writing.
Job Specification
Organising, Motivating and Controlling the staff of the Corporate Sales Division
Measuring competencies and identifying training needs.
Motivating Sales Executives
Setting Sales Targets.
Rewarding exceptional Performance when necessary.
Interviewing new staff.
Conduct Portfolio Reviews and Performance Appraisals.
Organise Customer Launches and demonstrations.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience and track record. ±R30,000 plus com, but negotiable.
