Job summary

A dynamic retail company in Cape Town seeks an Internet Sales Manager to enhance customer experience and drive sales across online platforms. You will work across Takealot and our website to manage the day-to-day customer experience, aiming to maximize conversions. You will also analyze website performance and customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.

Position: Internet Sales Manager (On-Site)

Location: Milnerton Area, CAPE TOWN

Salary: R10,000 - R12,000 Per Month

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of Internet Sales experience, with retail store network marketing and physical store experience preferred.
2. Experience with Takealot listing and website management.
3. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
4. Matric or equivalent qualification.
5. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Photoshop (for editing photos and videos).
6. Ability to edit images.
7. Customer service excellence.
8. Ability to work under pressure and be target-driven.
9. Strong network marketing planning, creativity, and writing skills.
10. Willing to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm).
11. Valid driver’s license.
12. Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
13. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
14. Photographic skills are an advantage.
