Job Description: Sales Manager – Key Account Vertical Sales (AV Industry)

Locations: Africa (either Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya or South Africa) & Latin America

Experience: 8+ Years in AV Industry (Not necessarily LED Displays)

Industry Verticals: Railways, Energy (Oil & Gas), Advertising

AET LED is expanding its Key Account Vertical Sales team and looking for experienced Sales Managers with a strong customer background. If you have a proven track record in the AV industry and expertise in handling enterprise/B2B sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive new business development and key account management in Railways, Energy (Oil & Gas), and Advertising sectors.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams.
  3. Develop sales strategies and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and product) to deliver customized AV solutions.
  5. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to drive growth.
  6. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the AV industry (LED display experience is not mandatory).
  2. Strong understanding of B2B sales, key account management, and enterprise clients.
  3. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Railways, Energy (Oil & Gas), and Advertising.
  4. Experience in handling large projects, tenders, and RFPs.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Willingness to travel as required.
