We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our Clients Johannesburg-based team within the butchery supply sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales reps
Drive revenue growth and GP performance
Manage key accounts (e.g. national retail chains, independent butchers)
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Maintain strong client relationships across the meat processing industry
Required Experience & Knowledge:
3+ years in a sales leadership role
Deep understanding of butchery products: spices, casings, packaging & machinery
Strong key account and client relationship skills
Proven sales and negotiation expertise
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Willingness to travel regionally
