Purpose of the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth within our Business Unit. This role is pivotal in expanding market share, fostering key relationships, and ensuring the success of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that enhance profitability and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business acquisition and expand market share.
- Maximize wallet share growth through cross-selling opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring strong sales and performance management.
- Assist in crafting and delivering client-specific product solutions, including in-person presentations and demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast and pipeline management report.
- Work closely with support teams to ensure tailored solutions for clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain strong business relationships through regular client engagement and participation in industry events.
- Provide regular and detailed reporting on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress.

Minimum Requirements & Experience :
- A Sales Management or Business Management Qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Management with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry experience in ICT, office automation, or related sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
