The purpose of the Sales Manager is to manage the sales team and the product portfolio within the designated Business Unit. The Sales Manager must work in conjunction with the company, OEMs, and the internal sales, service/support teams to develop and grow the company's market share. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall profitability and growth of the business unit.

Minimum requirements and Experience :
- Sales Management or Business Management Qualification.
- 5 years of previous Sales Management experience.
- Proven successful record of managing a sales team to deliver sales targets.
- Experience in ICT industry.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Effective time management, diary management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Achieve market share growth targets through new business acquisition.
- Achieve wallet share growth targets through cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve 100% of monthly & annual sales targets.
- Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering products and solutions to clients, including face-to-face appointments, quotations, and demonstrations.
- Present and manage accurate sales forecast commitments.
- Prepare and update sales pipeline reports and related activities.
- Engage relevant support to provide your sales team with effective solutions.
- Stay abreast of all solutions, products, and technologies within the industry through research, training, and updating sales documents.
- Gather competitor intelligence to create a competitive advantage for your sales team.
- Report all sales activities accurately and regularly.
- Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop your sales team to consistently meet sales targets.
- Attend customer events in your sales area.
