Job description

Sales & Business Development:

  • Call on existing clients and develop new business within the paints, inks, coatings, and plastics sectors.
  • Promote and sell a portfolio of raw materials including polymers, pigments, colorants, resins, and additives.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing technical product support where needed.
  • Conduct regular client visits and provide product presentations and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales or technical experience in the raw materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of products such as polymers, resins, colorants, and pigments.
  • Must have experience selling into the paints, coatings, inks, or plastics sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
