Role Responsibilities

  • Increase services and sales revenue by generating leads through cold calling hazardous waste producers
  • Convert leads from telesales and other departments into enquiries and sales
  • Input waste data and service requirements into our CRM system (training provided)
  • Coordinate with technical assessors, transport managers, and service teams for efficient service delivery
  • Identify and convert waste management opportunities, especially recycling and recovery
  • Manage customer information using our CRM system
  • Coordinate customer visits to CSG facilities
  • Manage the customer journey from initial contact to job completion

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong team player
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Interest in environmental compliance
  • Experience with CRM systems and hazardous waste sales
  • Ability to build relationships and work independently
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Provision of a company car (hybrid/electric options available)
