Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and forging strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an expert in sales strategy, market expansion, and team leadership, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer value.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new customers, markets, products, and services
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Arranging business meetings with current and potential clients
  • Researching business opportunities and income streams within clients
  • Promoting company products and services to meet client objectives
  • Mapping business strengths and customer needs within clients
  • Drafting and reviewing proposals for client opportunities
  • Maintaining records of billing, sales, revenue, and invoices
  • Providing after-sales support and trustworthy feedback to clients
  • Having in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Reporting on successes and areas for improvement
  • Developing detailed account plans for each client
  • Growing the customer base according to sales strategies
  • Proven track record in IT as a service sales, cloud architecture, network connectivity, LAN design, and sales experience of at least 10 years
  • Experience in drafting tender responses for at least 10 years
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share
  • Solution design and implementation experience
  • Tender, RFQ, and proposal drafting skills
  • High-level communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications required:

  • Project management certification (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, or Waterfall)
  • MCSE or related technical qualification
  • BSc in Computer Science
  • Additional technical certifications are advantageous

Additional information:

  • Permanent position
  • Hybrid work environment: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH
  • Physical demands include sitting, walking, bending
  • Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license for travel
