Candidate Requirements :

  1. Must have Grade 12 and a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Must have 8-10 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
  3. Proven track record of successful sales leadership.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing analytics tools, and other relevant sales and marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Regularly assess the effectiveness of existing strategies and make necessary adjustments to maximize results.
