We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client in the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Vector Sales and Merchandising teams in store
- Manage operations at store and DC level for Promotions
- Stock levels and replenishments
- Manage percentage of returns
- Manage 10 shelf health elements in store
- Price Indicator Labels
- Quality of product on Shelf
- Stock placement
- Stock rotation.(First in First Out)
- Promotional Point of Sale material
- Stock pressure
- Correct Flows and Planograms
- Forward share advantage
- Drive sales opportunities in store (get ends addition POS into store)
Requirements:
- Ages typically 20 – 30
- Matric
- 1-2 years FMCG experience
- Assertive personality
- Ability to travel
- Own car and valid driver’s license
- Works independently
- Numeracy skills and Excel skills a must
