Our client is seeking a Sales Manager experienced in selling to mines for OEMs. The role is based in Johannesburg and is open exclusively to South African nationals.

Requirements

1. Demonstrated team leadership skills.
2. Proven track record of surpassing sales goals.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales data analysis, report generation, and data-driven decision-making.
4. Flexibility for domestic and international travel within Africa, including extensive travel during the first 3 years across countries such as Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, DRC, Ghana, Burkina Faso, and within RSA.
5. Hands-on management style, capable of attending client meetings with account managers, providing guidance, and supporting their development.
6. Ability to collaborate with the operations director, offering ideas and innovations to grow sales.
7. Minimum of six years of sales experience in mining environments.
