Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the mining sector.
- Lead high-level sales engagements and represent the company to senior stakeholders and executive clients.
- Review and analyze sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Market Expansion and Product Innovation
- Identify and recommend new products based on market trends, client needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to guide product development from concept to launch.
- Lead the formulation of go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the mining sector.
- Act as a senior liaison for strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives and industry needs.
Leadership and Team Development- Recruit, manage, and develop the sales team, establishing clear KPIs and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mining sector, including at least 5 years in a senior sales management role.
- Proven ability to lead sales strategy and present at the executive level, including to board members and C-suite stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in new business development, market expansion, and product launch.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a deep understanding of the mining industry landscape.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is preferred.
