We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and forging strong client relationships.

Adept at identifying opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and leading with innovation to stay ahead in competitive markets.
What you'll do :
- Achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities – including new customers, markets, growth areas, products, and services
- Manage and retain relationships with customers and partners
- Arrange business meetings with current and new clients
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams within clients
- Promote the company's products and services, addressing or predicting client objectives
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs within clients
- Draft and review proposals for client opportunities
- Keep records of billing, sales, revenue, invoices, etc., for clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions
- Follow industry trends both locally and internationally
- Report on successes and areas requiring improvement
- Provide and manage detailed account plans per client
- Grow sales customer base according to sales strategy
Your expertise :
- Knowledge and proven track record in IT as a service sales
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in cloud architecture, network connectivity, LAN reticulation design, implementation, and sales
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in harvesting and drafting tender responses
- Strong documentation skills
- Achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and new markets
- Manage and retain relationships with clients and partners
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Research to identify new clients and partners
- Keep records of billing, sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Develop and execute detailed business development and sales plans per customer
- Proven experience as a sales representative/manager in solution design and implementation
- Experience in tender, RFQ, and proposal drafting
- High-level communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications required :
- PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, or Waterfall project management qualification
- MCSE or related qualification
- BSc Degree in Computer Science
- TOGAF qualification
- ITIL V3 / 4 Foundation certification
- Additional technical certifications are advantageous
