Job description

Manage Vector Sales and Merchandising teams in store

• Oversee operations at store and distribution center levels for promotions
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate replenishments
• Manage return percentages effectively
• Ensure the health of 10 shelf elements within the store
• Implement and manage price indicator labels
• Monitor product quality on shelves
• Optimize stock placement and rotation (First In, First Out)
• Manage promotional Point of Sale materials
• Handle stock pressure and flow management
• Ensure correct flow processes and planogram compliance
• Leverage forward share advantage
• Identify and drive sales opportunities in-store, including additional POS placements at store ends
