POSITION OVERVIEW
Independently carries out all commercial, organizational, and administrative activities that lead to sales.
Acquiring customers for the Hyva product range is also part of this role.
Leads and supervises the performance of the sales team (Area Sales Manager and/or Technical Sales Representatives).
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Relationship Development
- Represents Hyva and acquires new and existing businesses.
- Responsible for sales targets within the assigned market.
- Sets a work program periodically.
- Expands commercial activities by visiting new and existing clients.
- Negotiates contracts with existing clients.
- Negotiates sales conditions within prescribed limits.
- Confirms contracts or sales orders after successful negotiations.
- Assesses reasons when sales do not materialize into orders.
- Provides associated correspondence (delivery conditions, timing, etc.).
- Prepares reports on sales visits for the Regional Director / Managing Director.
- Manages the sales team in terms of performance and development by setting targets and objectives.
- Develops the sales budget and structure.
Commercial Policy Development
- Participates actively in sales meetings.
- Identifies and reports industry trends and developments.
- Reports on competitors to the Regional Director / Managing Director.
- Identifies new product and sales opportunities.
- Reports problems in service or sales transactions and suggests improvements.
- Contributes to the market sales plan.
Execution of Promotional Activities
- Provides information at fairs.
Client and Company Relations
- Provides clients with oral and written information.
- Handles client inquiries and complaints.
Communication with Sales Team and Back Office
- Maintains contact with the team regarding work development.
- Provides feedback on market development.
- Oversees order management.
- Supports back office with commercial activities.
RELATIONS
- Internal: Regional Director / Managing Director, Regional Controller, Application Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain.
- External: Customers, Other Product and Application Stakeholders.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Level: Senior Bachelor or Master Level / Experienced Master Level.
- Professional Experience: 1-4 years or 5-7 years of relevant experience.
