We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening customer relationships, and expanding the comapny's footprint in the packaging and container market. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing existing client relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves close coordination with factory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, regular client visits to strengthen relationships, and diligent management of inventory and receivables. Additionally, the manager is expected to participate in weekly meetings and provide timely reports, contributing to the overall expansion and success of the business.
