Ziyana Technology is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions specializing in Zoho Products for businesses across industries. As an official Zoho Partner, we offer consulting, implementation support, and training to empower organizations with end-to-end business automation solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the sales of Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and other digital solutions. If you have a passion for technology sales, software solutions, and helping businesses optimize their operations, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand market reach for Zoho Products.
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Engage with SMEs, corporates, and enterprise clients, demonstrating how Zoho solutions can streamline operations and drive efficiency.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and post-sales follow-ups.
  • Serve as a Zoho expert, providing product demonstrations and advising clients on the best solutions for their business needs.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless software implementation and client onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Partnerships & Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to expand Ziyana Technology's footprint.
  • Represent Ziyana Technology at networking events, expos, and industry forums.
Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant qualification.
  • Proven experience in technology/software sales, particularly SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
  • 4-6 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho Products or similar CRM, ERP, or cloud-based platforms (Zoho certification is an advantage).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools to track sales performance.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for digital solutions.
