About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team within a fast-paced media environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in advertising sales to step into a key leadership role and drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with advertising agencies and stakeholders.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10+ sales professionals
Develop and execute effective advertising sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients
Drive sales targets and ensure team performance aligns with business goals
Collaborate with internal departments to maximise campaign success
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in advertising sales
Proven experience managing a successful sales team
In-depth knowledge of the media industry
Strong relationship-building skills with advertising agencies
Degree in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
