Operational

• proven experience in sectors such as Instrumentation, Electrical, automation, industrial process instrumentation and project solutions

• Achieving growth and sales objectives by successfully managing the sales team

• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
• Ensure that sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports, present sales and realistic sales forecasts to management
• Prepare annual sales budgets
• Control expenses and monitor budgets
• Increase product knowledge on entire product offering portfolio
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes for the department alongside the finance department- Advanced Ms Excel
• The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force
• The post is "hands-on" with limited internal support structure
