Our client in the real estate / property space is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join their team. The incumbent will play a major role in the success of the business.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Methodical and able to work with figures
Computer literate in all Windows programs and confident using a range of software packages
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High stress tolerance
Competent in managing the signing off of contracts or legal background
Fully qualified property practitioner with NQF5, have written and passed their PDE5, must have a valid FFC
Key Responsibilities:
Building and constantly updating the area agent database of opposition agency agents
Planning, coordination, and placement of recruitment ads and agent information sessions with opposition agents
Continued canvassing and recruitment activities for current operational estate agents and quality intern estate agents employed by opposition agencies
Following the recruitment strategy guidelines as amended from time to time
Screening, appointing, and training of new estate agents who join the company
Concluding service contracts and office rules with agents
Spending at least 60% of time on recruitment activities
Training on general office procedures and the OMS system
Training on Lightstone reports, navigator system, and Treasure Map system
CMA training and use thereof, on how to canvass an area
Screening and nominating the agent's canvass area
Training on contracts, OTPs, and required FICA documentation
Training on formulas and VAT calculations, listings, how to do a show house, taking photos, negotiation skills, and how to do adverts
