Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate calls to potential customers and secure meetings for sales representatives. Update sales representatives' calendars with confirmed meetings.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers interested in the product or service.
3. Identifying Needs: Understand customer needs and challenges to tailor the sales pitch.
4. Handling Objections: Address and overcome customer objections during cold calls.
5. Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
6. Collaborating with Sales Team: Provide qualified leads and relevant information for sales meetings.
