Full-Time Sales & Lead Generation Specialist Work from Home (U.S. Company)

We're GuildSteam, a Colorado-based U.S. company that connects global talent with US companies and we are seeking a highly motivated sales and lead generation specialist to help us grow our client base. If you have at least 3 years of experience in cold outreach, email marketing, telemarketing, and CRM tools , wed love to hear from you.

This is a full-time remote role.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Prospecting leads and building outbound lists
  • Cold emailing and follow-up campaigns
  • Outbound phone calls (B2B focus)
  • CRM and pipeline management
  • Helping build and execute sales funnels

Requirements :

  • 3+ years experience in lead generation and sales
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)

Experience with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Manatal)

  • Experience with Lead Generation systems (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable internet and quiet work environment
