About The Role

As Sales Head, you will be accountable for delivering budget and revenue forecasts for the South Africa division.

You will develop and implement overall strategy in alignment with EXCO and ensure sustainable revenue growth of our products throughout LexisNexis South Africa.

Responsibilities
  • Develop revenue contingency plans to manage forecast variances and ensure targets are met.
  • Generate and maintain a new business pipeline for all LexisNexis products in assigned territories.
  • Implement the strategic plan approved by the Executive Team in South Africa.
  • Monitor and explore opportunities in new markets; report daily progress via CRM.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Stay informed on international and local trends and product developments.
  • Create marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our products/services locally and in Africa.
  • Develop and execute visitation programs to source new customers and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in a similar sales leadership position.
  • Experience selling technology solutions in the legal sector.
  • Experience selling governance, risk, and compliance software in the corporate sector.
  • Ability to embody LexisNexis values in all work aspects.
