Main Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales and marketing team.
  2. Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
  4. Identify new business opportunities.
  5. Manage large-scale projects, including distributor transitions, ensuring successful implementation and sustainable growth.
  6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying informed about new products and competitive dynamics.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Candidates based in South Africa will be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree; an MBA is a plus.
  • Mandatory channel or distributor management experience.
  • Strong leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics in the SADC & SSA regions.
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
