A leading company is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the sales team and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires extensive sales management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in retail ERP systems. You will be responsible for mentoring the team, resolving queries, and driving sales performance.
1. Manage and mentor the sales team on service standards, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
2. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
3. Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
4. Drive sales by ensuring that deals are closed by internal Sales Representatives.
5. Ensure displays and pricing on the sales floor are updated and correct.
6. Oversee general upkeep, maintenance, and attractiveness of the sales floor.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Note: The division has approximately 45 employees, split equally between the Showroom and Warehouse, located at two separate sites.
