Location: Remote / Hybrid (Cape Town-based)

Salary: R Basic – Great Commission Structure

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, self-managed Sales Executive with a deep understanding of the B-BBEE scorecard, particularly the Skills Development element. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in business development and a passion for working with clients to achieve their compliance and transformation objectives. If you're results-driven, thrive in a remote environment, and love closing deals—this is the opportunity for you.

Key Requirements

  1. Solid knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, with a strong focus on Skills Development compliance
  2. Proven track record in business development within corporate training, B-BBEE consulting, or HR solutions
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of targets and responsibilities
  4. Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
  5. Results-oriented with a "hunter" mindset and a passion for closing new business
  6. Highly organised with the ability to self-manage and report consistently

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and actively engage prospective corporate clients
  2. Present our client's training and B-BBEE solutions in a consultative and value-driven manner
  3. Generate, manage, and convert leads across various industries
  4. Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and BEE stakeholders
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline records
  6. Submit a daily activity report and monthly performance report
  7. Stay current with B-BBEE legislation and industry training trends

Ideal Candidate Profile

  1. Experience selling learnerships, training programs, or B-BBEE services
  2. Can confidently explain the Skills Development scorecard in practical terms to clients
  3. Proactive and structured with a high level of accountability
  4. Committed to building lasting client relationships and achieving excellence in execution
