About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, self-managed Sales Executive with a deep understanding of the B-BBEE scorecard, particularly the Skills Development element. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in business development and a passion for working with clients to achieve their compliance and transformation objectives. Key Requirements
- Solid knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, with a strong focus on Skills Development compliance
- Proven track record in business development within corporate training, B-BBEE consulting, or HR solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of targets and responsibilities
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented with a "hunter" mindset and a passion for closing new business
- Highly organised with the ability to self-manage and report consistently
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively engage prospective corporate clients
- Present our client's training and B-BBEE solutions in a consultative and value-driven manner
- Generate, manage, and convert leads across various industries
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and BEE stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline records
- Submit a daily activity report and monthly performance report
- Stay current with B-BBEE legislation and industry training trends
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience selling learnerships, training programs, or B-BBEE services
- Can confidently explain the Skills Development scorecard in practical terms to clients
- Proactive and structured with a high level of accountability
- Committed to building lasting client relationships and achieving excellence in execution
