A leading company in the services industry is seeking a Sales Executive for a permanent role in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business, and maintaining client relationships. Applicants should have a strong sales background with at least 3 years of experience in the service industry, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Sales Executive : Services IndustryReference : EL-Janie-2We are seeking a Sales Executive for a permanent role based in Cape Town, Western Cape.Duties & ResponsibilitiesApplicants are required to meet the following criteria : Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Service Industry – preferably from a solution contract sales industry; as well as a tertiary qualification (preferred)Valid SA driver's license and own vehicleExperience in selling soft services / similar services would be an advantageGood MS Office abilityCold calling and telemarketing experienceExperienced in sourcing new business, conducting "Needs Analysis" and preparing custom solution proposalsProven sales track record achieving sales targetsExcellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)Good interpersonal skills & able to interact with clients at all levelsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to : Work with a defined sales quota focusing on initiating relationships with multi-level decision makers through phone, marketing, e-mail / direct mail campaigns, in-person contacts / cold calling, networking, and presentationsAchieves monthly sales targets as set out in budgetCorrectly cost new business and achieve the maximum margin on new businessEnsure contracts are correctly signed and filed for new businessPrepare quotes and present to clientsDevelop innovative and creative solutions to identify and develop new customersKeep abreast of changes in technologyMaintain contact with existing clients and develop new businessEnsure operational staff receives the correct documentation to start contracts or special jobsProvide onsite assistance on the start of contractPrepare and present weekly / monthly sales reports at month end / weekly sales meetingsAssist with training of new sales staffSalary : Market relatedPlease email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements to :
