Salary: Basic R15,000 - R20,000 + Commission + Company Car

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing clients across the Saldanha to Hermanus region, promoting and selling our premium concrete roof tile products. If you have a passion for sales, a talent for building strong client relationships, and a background in construction or building materials, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our range of concrete roof tiles, with a focus on Slate and interlocking tile designs, to clients in the Saldanha to Hermanus area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and builders.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Provide expert advice to clients on product selection to suit their specific needs, from high-end private homes to budget-friendly group housing projects.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Regularly report on sales activities and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Knowledge of the roofing or construction industry would be advantageous.
