Job description

We are looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth and visibility for arenewable energy companyin a competitive and evolving market. This is a full-time, flexible role that combines in-office collaboration with a strong focus on client engagement and field sales. The initial contract will run for 6–12 months, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and executing sales strategies, comfortable with technical products (preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors), and capable of translating technical benefits into compelling value propositions for clients. While an engineering background is not essential, a working knowledge of relevant technologies is important.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to position the company in the market.
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue client leads to generate sales.
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Support brand awareness and visibility through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth goals.
Report on sales activities and pipeline development to senior management.

Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and/or infrastructure-related services (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a team player.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated and driven by performance and results.
