Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is seeking Sales Development Representatives to own the top of the funnel. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers and craft outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.

This role is full-time and remote (South Africa). You will book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and keep Salesforce and SalesLoft up to date, continually testing messaging to improve targeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
