Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while making a strong first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This remote-possible role uses tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping outreach high quality.

Competenze

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or equivalent
• Full-cycle sales experience preferred
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

What You Will Own

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

What You Bring

• B2B sales experience preferred. Full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
