Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and conversion ratios as per company standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales records and submit reports to the manager.
- Expand existing business through cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely collection of premiums.
- Conduct transactions in compliance with legislative and company standards.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide proactive support, active listening, and build strong client relationships.
- Escalate client queries appropriately and provide accurate information and advice.
- Participate in improving client service and fostering rewarding relationships.
Productivity
- Achieve 390 minutes of call time daily as per CRM system.
- Maintain 100% productivity with specified call minutes on weekdays and Saturdays.
Compliance
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance standards.
- Maintain quality scores within acceptable limits.
Work Collaboration
- Promote a respectful and collaborative organizational culture.
- Recognize and build on effective team collaborations.
- Facilitate information sharing and joint solutions with stakeholders.

- Maintain personal quality and productivity standards.

Requirements
- Grade 12 with English and a second language; additional qualifications are advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales call centers.
- FAIS Credits and RE5 are advantageous; must pass technical competency tests.
- Knowledge of the product, industry, and compliance with FAIS legislation.
