Main purpose of the job

This role involves working exclusively with warm leads and offers the opportunity to earn an uncapped paycheck.

Sales Targets

  1. Achieve target conversion ratios as per company standards.
  2. Meet minimum monthly sales targets as per company standards.
  3. Maintain accurate and timely sales records.
  4. Submit relevant reports and updates on sales activity to the manager.
  5. Complete additional responsibilities as required by the business.
  6. Maintain and grow existing business through cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Keep sales records for all accounts on the company's IT systems.
  8. Ensure client satisfaction and collection of premiums within acceptable parameters.
  9. Conduct all sales transactions in compliance with legislative and company standards.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  11. Follow One Plans standard operating procedures at all times.
  12. Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
  13. Escalate client queries appropriately.
  14. Provide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders.
  15. Build and sustain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  16. Meet service level agreements to ensure client expectations are managed.
  17. Recommend improvements to client service and fair treatment.
  18. Participate in fostering a culture of rewarding relationships and feedback.
  19. Respond promptly and supportively to clients to ensure they feel valued.
  20. Educate clients on the value of products and services.

Productivity

  1. Achieve 390 minutes of call time daily as per CRM system.
  2. Maintain 100% productivity through achieving 390 minutes on weekdays and 150 minutes on Saturdays (twice a month).

Compliance

  1. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance standards.
  2. Keep quality scores within the acceptable limit of 10% failure rate.
