This role involves working exclusively with warm leads and offers the opportunity to earn an uncapped paycheck.
Sales Targets
- Achieve target conversion ratios as per company standards.
- Meet minimum monthly sales targets as per company standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales records.
- Submit relevant reports and updates on sales activity to the manager.
- Complete additional responsibilities as required by the business.
- Maintain and grow existing business through cross-selling opportunities.
- Keep sales records for all accounts on the company's IT systems.
- Ensure client satisfaction and collection of premiums within acceptable parameters.
- Conduct all sales transactions in compliance with legislative and company standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Follow One Plans standard operating procedures at all times.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
- Escalate client queries appropriately.
- Provide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Meet service level agreements to ensure client expectations are managed.
- Recommend improvements to client service and fair treatment.
- Participate in fostering a culture of rewarding relationships and feedback.
- Respond promptly and supportively to clients to ensure they feel valued.
- Educate clients on the value of products and services.
Productivity
- Achieve 390 minutes of call time daily as per CRM system.
- Maintain 100% productivity through achieving 390 minutes on weekdays and 150 minutes on Saturdays (twice a month).
Compliance
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance standards.
- Keep quality scores within the acceptable limit of 10% failure rate.
