Minimum Requirements
  • 2–3 years proven vehicle sales experience (new or pre-owned)
  • Motor dealership experience is essential – applications without this will not be considered
  • Experience within a franchise dealership environment is highly advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and deal closing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professionally presented
Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
  • Proactively prospect for new clients and follow up on existing leads
  • Sell new or pre-owned vehicles to both walk-in and online customers
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and support customer retention efforts
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records
  • Ensure full compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
