A leading pharmaceutical and medical company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to their Head of Commercial Hospital Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Head of Commercial Sales
Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and other documents as required
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the executive team, department heads, and employees
Communicate with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
Provide support to sales team as required, including preparing expense reports and maintaining personnel records
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
5+ years of experience as PA or Office Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience with finance and HR functions will be an advantage
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
