- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Relevant sales experience in the KZN midlands area (Dundee, Newcastle)
- Contacts in the coal mining industry in the KZN area.
- Diploma in marketing / sales OR
- Diploma / trades test in electronics with 3 5 years experience in electronic sales preferably the mining industry
