An established industry player in hospitality is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to represent their brand in the marketplace. This role is pivotal in maximizing occupancy and revenue through strategic partnerships with third-party distributors. You'll work closely with various department teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. Represents the business in the marketplace and with the Sales Manager as the principal liaison and point of contact between Operations and 3rd Party Distributors (OTAs, STOs, Wholesalers, PCOs, Travel Agents).
The Sales Executive is responsible for positioning the business, its services, and offerings in the marketplace to maximize occupancy at the highest possible rate.
This role collaborates closely with relevant Department Teams to ensure coordinated efforts between Sales, Reservations, and Operations, facilitating comprehensive site surveys at the organization's properties.
The role also ensures that 3rd Party Distributors, Consortia, OTAs, and PCAs receive timely updates on Service Rate and Promotional/Campaign information for inclusion in their marketing materials.
The Sales Executive may attend trade shows and events with the Sales Manager to promote and sell the hotel and its services.
